Raramalum has the same effect in his Raunit stabilizer. The hinges are stretchy and they're being pulled back by the springs. Since the hinges are constantly correcting themselves they oscillate back and forth and bounce stuff off.

i think that the springs are causing it to vibrate so much that you cant see it - like paradigm i think that it is similar to the raunit.

Similar to a raunit, but it's just the vibration of the hinges vs the springs.

if you erase the 2 blocks at the side, it still propels the water upwards
