Just an experiment. It's not perfect, but it's something to start with for a future project.

If anyone can improve the math (that is, correct it so that the ball's size behaves more naturally, based on its position within the box), then please be my guest and make any improvements you desire. I would appreciate it.

Thanks, guys! I was thinking about making a game out of it, but no definite plans yet. Or, it may possibly end up being nothing more than a 3D bouncing ball in a box. :lol:

I had an idea, put a dude with a "gun" of sorts at the end, then shoot the 3d balls moving around. But make them smaller and faster and add some sort of timer, like how many you can shoot in a given time.

If marble races used this I wouldn't mind being flooded by 3-d marble saves
