I figured out that for the alternators, the part where it teleports marbles back up ( the red crying boo-hoo baby) the alternator part gets TP'd up even though it's not a marble, so take the left-most alternator, right click it, go to "Collision layers" and click the ▼ down arrow and it is fixed :)
