Just watch it.
It`s a beta and has much room for improvement, but it`s the first rope-shooter i`ve made that`s successful. I could do it without (I think) Paradigm 29`s rope phunlet. Those lousy springs made it almost impossible for me. There is an optimum time to fire, as everything has an optimum... But if anyone can make something that improves it and especially make something custom made for the arrow to stick in (I expect it to be pretty complex, but simple would be better) please upload it as a scene response.
