This issue was fixed at v1.7.6. :thumbup:
This bug was seen with v1.7.2 - v1.7.5.

1.7.5
Looks like something changed in 1.7.5 with polygon collision and penetration. Sometimes polygons starts fall deep into boxes (all density approx normal 2.0). I can't found simple case yet but notice that in portals scene http://www.algodoo.com/algobox/details/35865 (Santa's feet stuck into ladder or ice castle and strangely shake).

Another experiment shows that not only polygons shakes on contact.
This scene consist only from "perfect" geometries (circles, planes, box) but shake like hell.

Playing with sim.targetPenetration can help, but I think there must be other way to handle contacts...

I was wrong. Bug introduced in 1.7.2 (1.7.1 was fine).

"Fixed collision respons issues with objects sliding along curved polygons."
Maybe this update cause it?

I've dig a little and found difference in collision points.

Another fact - that same polygons have perfect contact with infinite plane but penetrate in box geom.
