Okay i remove the Draw Borders to look much better And I even fix the wobble of the fan [A LITTLE BIT] But i increase the simulation to 2.55 [I DON'T KNOW THE SPEED] But... What do you Mean about Adding break to the motor of the Fan? I added brake to the fan but when i turn it of it quickly stops after 8 Seconds.

no its dosen't stops in a couple of seconds i saw in real life it stops around 4 mins.

Thanks for the suggestion, I had moved the bars to background and it really looks better now
