My sim rate keeps going down to zero. What shold I do?

and the gear is always 4 and the gages dont work and i've tryed reloding the game

i have agloodo v. 1.8.0 but it still doesn't work: the dials don't work and the engin stall almost istanly after i hit the gas.

the light v. works very mehish
