Woah @Zoroak_Ger I started making these tanks becuase of you omg your projects are incredible! I dont rly know how to make a real breach that can fire a heavy shell because for somereason it just explodes:/
you need to put a stopper on the suspention so if it goes to far it will hit the stopper also make the springs stronger
Suggestion: Use a higher Hz rate so your stuff isnt as glitchy. Also use the gun from ThingExtreme's tanks(it's invisible and at the front of the barrel). But great tank, and super realistic looking!
you got the floating target idea from me didnt you
Hey man, I've been a fan of your tanks for a long time, and this is by far the best tank yet. I make my own tanks too, but I just don't understand howyou make these work. You run the simulation at 60 Htz, which whenever I try to make something at 60 Htz, it glitches out like crazy. This is literally magic to me. But if you want to change it(higher = more accurate sim, but harder for comp), then go to the gear icon at the top left, and then go to SIMULATION tab. I reccomend using 250, as even my busted comp can still run things smoothly at that value. I'm not sure how much the size of your scenes will impact this, but make sure to try it out. Anyway, I'm gonna start using your scale to make my tanks. I don't nearly have the artistic talent that you do, nor the big brain. If you look at my tanks, they are still bugged even at 250 Htz. Also, I'm pretty sure Htz just means simulations per second. But still. Genius work.
ALSO go to my scene "T110E8 Tank" and copy the gun. I re-scripted it so it would be more realistic for higher calibers. I'm pretty sure the T-84 has a 125mm, which is larger than any other MBT.
Hey just another question, how do you make everything non-glitchy? I tried making something at your size, and even though it's half the weight, the tracks are getting squished into the floor. Your stuff seems fine though...?
Sure! It's just a modified script from ThingExtreme, so you should credit him and tinker with the values until you get a good result.
