For me, and this may be other's problem as well, the bullets were backwards. Just select the whole belt of ammo, hit the "mirror" button, scoot the gun back a bit so the green box lines up well with the gun feed, and then try it. Otherwise it looks alright but the actual rounds just bounce around.
