Thanks, yeah the little bugger has a lot of personality. And yes that first turn in the wormhole is tricky. I probably should have made it a bit easier, so people don't give up right away. I've yet to clear all the rocks in the second challenge, but I think it is possible if you get him to the high ground right away.
Thanks, guys, I knew it would be useful. Everything I found in searching for scripting was so obtuse. I need working examples to comprehend this stuff.
I never worked with scripts in the old Phun, and only slightly explored making stuff in notepad, so this seems OK to me. Are there things you were able to do in the old version, you can't do in the new one?
Thanks dude. Yeah, I know it takes a bit to learn what it can do, but once you get the hang of it, you can get it to go almost anywhere in the scene. But keeping the lefts and rights and ups and downs straight , depending on which direction it is headed, still boggles me.
Yeah, I keep running up against how fast my computer can crank this stuff out. I've had to abandon cool effects because they slow things down too much.
I think bouncy is part of its puppy personality. It does take a bit to get used to the controls, but once you do you can use it to navigate. Setting the sim speed to 50% helps.
Update, I'm adding suspension to the system it does help, thanks for getting me on that track.
