Actually, I thought that it was part of THIS scene because that was the first time I've seen that message. But when it showed up in a totally different scene, then I knew that it was programmed into Algodoo. So, we can look forward to that message every April Fools Day!
Um... Try WHAT??? What are we supposed to do, and what is the goal? Sorry, but I am not able to read your mind. You must give directions or instructions.
buildman - The purpose of Algobox is to upload scenes made with Algodoo that demonstrate many of capabilities of Algodoo. Scenes can be educational, entertaining, or even humorous. But we limit the types of scenes that are allowed for various reasons. The obvious reason is if a scene violates the Algodoo Terms of Service, which includes profanity, advertising, threats to other users, or scenes who's only purpose is to cause computer malfunction. That is how I classified your scene. In my opinion, its only purpose was to cause extreme lag, and in some cases cause Algodoo to completely lock up. That is why I deleted it. Why not upload scenes that people will enjoy using/playing instead of scenes that people will hate you for?
Nice action, and the muzzle flash adds realism to the scene. Nice job overall!
My only criticism is about the skin. It looks rather "cartoonish". If you can make it look more like the real thing, then this scene would definitely be worthy of a 10.
This is way more responsive than your other Motorwagen with the "hit and miss" engine. I love the fact that you can pop a wheely with this one! Nice job!
Zozimoto2 - I don't understand everything you are asking, but as far as a Marble Race Contest with me, sorry but I have no interest in that. You can make your own Marble Race contest for other users to enter. There are no rules against that.
Please allow me to give you some friendly advice. When you make a game, especially one that no one has ever played before, you should give instructions. You should list how the things in the game are moved (with the mouse? With the arrow keys? With the drag tool?, etc.). You should also explain what the player needs to do to score points (if there are points) and explain what must be done to win the game. people cannot read your mind. So you have to explain all the details about the game.
In your answer to me, you said "you move the pac-man", but you did not explain HOW to move it, and you did not explain WHERE to move it. After playing with it for a while I think I figured out that you are supposed to grab each pac-man with the grab tool and bounce it against that light blue line so that it then falls through that maze of pegs, eventually falling into one of the buckets at the bottom. That's how you should explain things. IN DETAIL!
I happen to like edge blur too, as long as it is used correctly and, as you say, "in certain areas". IMHO, you did use it correctly in this scene and it looks really good!
I'll bet this took longer than 10 minutes to make! Anyhow, I wouldn't call it "crap". It's very basic, but if you wanted to spend more time on it (more than 10 minutes!) it could become a very good flight simulator!
