FANBOY!!!
Actually I also think that he is better now after all the little improvements I have made. But that's of course just my personal opinion. And I am biased because I used Mike very often recently.
I know, posting comments on your own scenes without giving information useful for others is lame, but I simply have to share this with you, guys:
I played the scene and listened to "Carnival of Rust" by Poets of the Fall (check them out. They are about the best band that you will ever listen to... in your whole life.). The song starts pretty calm, but at a certain point the action starts, and exactly in that moment hit a bar of the scaffolding after falling for 20 metres feet first. His hip got compressed so hard that it literally exploded, together with his thighs and the abdomen.
Yeah... That was epic... just wanted to let you know...
Yes, basically that is all you can do. Just like driving to the left or right is the only thing you can do with the vehicles in Algoodo. It is, in some way, very limited as a game. But from the number of people who are using it and from the amount of time I spend with it I am pretty sure that it is still pretty damn good. The main reason for this besides the uploads is that you have the complete freedom to change everything the way you want to. You want Mike to not kick some other guy but rather a massive dinosaur? No problem! Create one and put it in there. As soon as you had downloaded the scene, you have earned the freedom to cange it and do with it whatever you wanted to.
But if you think that there should be more things in te scene by default feel free to share your ideas: is there something particular that you would like to have in this scene and that you would like me to implement? Don't be shy.
@ sanderwezep:
When you see that a scene has only two ratings (the default 5 and one user rating) and the rating is 4.5 it is 100% clear that someone rated 1/10. In your own scenes you can see the ratings in the edit section. If there is an unjustified 1/10 report your scene and explain the problem. Usually the troll-rating is removed then.
The kneecaps are missing. Also, I think it would be useful to only have controllers for the upper body so that you can really control his posture. Now if he turns you have to wait until he's in the correct position to pass traps. But I really like the idea.
Aside from that, really cool. I took the hige planet and threw it towards the sun. It basically kicked every other planet either in the sun or dragged it out of the system, until it finally stayed in a new orbit around the sun.
Meh. 135. I am not good at such games. But, damn it, I love them!
Great job! 10/10
I kind of get the idea that you are the best game designer here on Algobox.
I agree. The moon looks awesome. Very nice scene, also the day-scene, although this one looks cooler. Because of the moon. And the darkness... And the moon... Moon.... Moooooooon!.... MmoOoooOnNn!..... MmMmmMmOooOOOOoooOoNnnNn!!!
Of course you can delete it if you want a more anonymous version of him. I have the same feeling about it. But, you know, I'm just a sick bastard who likes to rip humanlike figures to shreds and enjoys blood splattering all over their....
Uhm, I mean - I wanted to say that, ahem, I thought if... Well, you know, if someone liked to have a face it would be more convenient if it was included by default so that people who like it can leave/modify it and those who don't can simply delete it.
Phew, saved that one...

The Algobox is basically just for scene-sharing and feedback. All the rest happens in the forums.
I hope I could help you.
Basically it is really simple. I just created the basic element every limb is made of. It consists of two circles and a rectangle. I then made one shape out of them with the brush and Multi-draw (that way shapes you hit with the brush become one part). I put hinges in the middle of the former circles and made this basic element a chain with the chain tool. Then I tried to form the same shape like my first solid ragdoll. The shoulder and hip had to be bigger in order to give the body a structure. Otherwise it would have been like jelly. Then I made two more hinges for every element. This makes it keep its form, but at the same time impacts will deform it.
In the next step I created all the body parts in the same manner and gave them other colission groups, so that arms and legs can rotate without hitting each other or the body.
Then I created limiters for the joints.
Finally I set the break limit for the hinges, so that they can get destroyed on big impacts (a lot of testing involved. I just threw him down stairs and so on.).
Phew. A lot of words. But basically it is really just making shapes, putting them together with hinges and selecting colission groups. And a bit of design (what is in front, what in the background, colours, etc.).
Check out my "Evolution" scene. I included a bit of information there too.
I hope that helped you a bit. If you still have any questions, feel free to ask.
