Even though Wisconsion joined Western Peace AND Delvamare, Illionis declares war on him. Delvamara and Western Peace offer Wisconsion help, but he says he wants to fight alone, because he worked on stronger army for years, and now he thinks he's strong enough to beat Illionis all by himself. "If he thinks he's strong enough to beat Illionis, he must be really strong, so i think we should just let him be", said Dakota. Both Delvamara and Western Peace agree. But it appears all those years of training in Wisconsion all had gone to waste... Illionis looked really strong, even stronger than last war...

Spies from Maryland have figured out someone from Western Peace is the leader of the evil alliance, and also the one helping the small states! He starts asking around the alliance.

The Western Pact doesn't like being in two alliances at the same time, so they leave 'New African Order' and do not join any alliances at any later part in this timeline. Mali criticizes 'New African Order' for stealing his idea and calling Mali evil while all Mali wants is peace. Sudan feels bad and leaves. Medditerania, Sahara, Eastern Sahara and Sudan unite as Egypt. Algeir's economy got a little better (from 50 to 60 force) and invades Tunisia. 'New African Order' is like: "No, don't do that! If you're in New African Order, you're not supposed to invade alliance members!" and Algeir says: "How 'bout i do anyway?" and invades Tunisia. Guess what happens? That's right, New African Order dissolved! Now the entire Africa is not happy with Algeir's evil existance. Meanwhile, NAU wants to expand and invades Democratic Gamon, Congolese Angola and Rift valley. Not everyone in NAU wants that, so the break apart in two halfs, one peacefull and one evil.

Bhutan wants to expand, and gets Nepal and Bangledash to help him fight India, hoping to get bigger (they don't want to annex India completely, they just want more land).
