Sheet Music: Clone the notes to whatever you like! Drag them on the staff. If there is not enough space, put the notes, dots, sharps, flats and naturals back and widen the staff. You can also add and clone the rests.
Time Signature: Remove the top of the time signature figure and put a number there in both clefs(you also need to do the same on the F-clef).
The "C" means common time or 4/4. The "C" with a vertical slash on it is cut time or 2/2.
