David was told to get a "tool" from the tool box. Despite grabbing a tool. The "shadowy figure" snuck upon David and suffocated him leaving the droor open. Upon death, "The shadowy figure" is now cutting David's limbs which were pieces of gray sticks in the trash can which were pressumed to be "gray sticks" which Grandfather's Clock thought they were. The deflated beach ball was the beach ball David was gonna inflate for the pool party. The Crime Scene: The saw which was used by "the shadowy figure" to kill David was hidden inside the closet, not being known by the murderer a party would happen at the pool. As for David's head inside the beach ball, his head would likely fit. As Needle popped the beach ball the beach ball would likely explode due to the weight of David's head. The camera footage of the murderer with a saw would be the murderer hiding the saw inside the closet. And the pair of gloves? They were used to leave no finger prints on the saw. The hidden basement could be accessed via the hidden annex (Which is now David's Bedroom). The blood from the neck could mean that the murderer could have cut David's body after suffocation. As for the rope burns, he was suffocated before his demise.
