why did you type e.other.scene.addwater instead of just scene.addWater?

Also why didnt you just type the code inside the piston or something, making it inside that box is not very effective
Please, stop calling people to sign up all the time, it's annoying!
More like say goodbye to all camps:/
They are really annoying you know?
Thats identical to the scene on the featured page...
Yet I think saying "used *some guys* chain" is quite... degrading. As if you just were some guy, nothing special worth mentioning or something. I personally think if someone uses something from me, he should ask for permission, and only if I agree, he can use it, and even then he HAS to mention that he gives credit to me in his scene.
I totally agree with XRay. I actually hoped that you would leave these contests after you realized that you *quote:* "Make the worst scenes ever!!!!1!!11!!!!1!!". Apparently these hopes were not answered.

I mean, really, how can these contests be more entertaining than the miracles of science! If you are going to tell me you don't know anything about thyme and physics and stuff, START LEARNING IT.

2 years ago I could also have said "I don't know how to code and there is noone around that can teach me", yet I am standing here, making the crazyest thyme scenes, while teaching myself C++ when I have time. Its not about "can or can not" its all about the "want or want not", with the latter beeing often caused by mere lazyness. So if you actually want to make something that is both likeable AND special(which these camps completely arent), start lifting yourself from the rest and go your own way, instead of following the stream to Camp Algobox, because that's clearly what this would be turning into if there would'nt be people left that still try to make profit from good scenes.
My dear visitors, I hightly advise you to take caution, since this is dangerous enviroment.

Here we see a natural INH, defending it's teritory from the intruders known as "campers". As you can see, the INH is hightly annoyed by the permanent shenanigans of the campers, so it went over to defend it's home with the power of the head of it's tribe, the even wilder Xray. Unfortunally, campers are deaf, so they can't understand the INH's message, and continue to turn it's home into a mess. We hightly advise you not to interfer with the conflict, since it is known that all members of the fight are extremely unpredictable and tend to either turn against you or force you to join their side.

Now let's continue our trip to the featured animals. Unfortunally the camper's teritory is exactly opposite to the one of the featured animals, so we will have to take a bus...
1st No text scenes
2nd Stop the stupid camps
3rd No "tokens", Xray already told you guys once that algobox does not allow "ingame items" or currency.
Hey, did you know:

Your little "weight" actually slows the whole thing DOWN.
I tested your other scenes and everytime I remove it it goes "faster"
"not gonna listen to you Xray"

*Xray sends warning about some broken rule*

*not listening*

*ban*
Wonderfull, just wonderfull. The corruption of that rubbish now even starts to remove the only people that I know who still do cool stuff on schedule. This is going to far, and I will quit too if I see the people I used to entertain vanishing because of the pest that thinks it can do whatever it wants.

I know your frustration, since I've watched some of your comments on those scenes, and I can tell you, everytime I open algodoo, and open the algobox browser, I don't really look anymore. all I do is checking if someone I subscribed posted something, and then just look if someone else has something interresting posted, but once that happened, that's it. Nothing to do, nothing to view, nothing worth creating. It's a virus that enters the healthiest communities and kills it from the inside, leaving a selfdestructive husk.
So, are 17 subs special?

no, because you distribute them over 250 scenes, meaning you get 1 sub every 13 scenes in average, and that is very low

@Alasmyfoe

Mia555 was his old account, that had 9 subs. He counted both, but that does not count at all since people probably double subscriber, so actually, he only has 8 subscribers at 130 scenes, still with an average of 1 sub every 13 scenes. Congrats :/

If I try to understand this, one has to imagine the shape as beeing a bendable piece of metal, for example as a connection between 2 parts of something. The scene now shows the propertys of such a connection when a force is applied to 1 side, displaying both the grade of bending as the stress on the whole thing.
Don't let other "force" you what to do, if you dont want to do this, throw it away, since it's your decision, and if you don't want, then it's their problem, not yours. Don't get pulled into the pit again, stay where you already headed to and keep advancing your skills. Seriously, P. Shroom could just do this himself, he does'nt need the help of someone like you who clearly has better things to do, right?
No more Camps. Don't you see you really are destroying algobox with this.
Rainyday, seriously, it's time to stop. Nobody cares about your stickmen, and these scenes about your stickmen and animated objects are taking algobox apart. I just published a scene that is a clear message to everyone, and yet you post your scene with no care:s

That's quite rude, dooing whatever you want without listening to what others like and dont like
Xray, I know you don't like it if people start a discussion about a topic that can cause high disagreement, but we just can't sit back and watch how everything goes down the river. There is a time where we need to tell them our opinion, and I think now is a good time for that, because I won't just watch how mature people leave algobox because of this.

So I hope you will allow this callout to the public, especially since I am not the only one representing this message, a look at the ratings is saying it all.
I know how you feel, and while it may be disaloved for such expressions, it contains the exact feelings that many people have been surpressing over multiple years. One can't pretend disagreement if every single one of us disagrees to these camps.
Ignorance in pure...

Why is it so hard to break trough this...
Nice one, thanks for bringing some variation into the algobox. I will help a bit with keeping your puppy on the surface;)
Works quite well, just climbing the mountain is impossible xD
No, please, just abandon this useless playaround. No more "vote for X", no more "I pick X" and especially no more "why did you not pick X, he was my favorite, also why did you keep Y, he sucks so much, I would kill him if I were you" etc.
Magnetic plane:P
And I give every Camp scene a huge thumbs-down

Did you even read the message in my scene? I was saying there that your camps are turning Algobox into a kindergarden. So why did you post another of these camp scenes )|(
Of course I plan on staying on track about what's happening on algodoo, but I probably won't work on any scenes for a while, and maybe be a little less active in general. Dropping something I liked for 3 years just like that is'nt possible neither, but I will lower my attention for a while, spending my time with some other things during that time
We define camp as anything that even sounds like "algo-X-athlon". Basically we define camp as stuff where you guys make some sort of game with other people on your scenes, where you do your strange tasks 'n stuff.
But it's about stickmen anyways, and people really dislike every camp/algoXthlon-related stuff, since there's just to many of them.
Whats with the description? ._.
You seem to forget that we dislike camps because of the excessive spam, inoriginality and the fact that one does not need any brains to make one. Unfortunally, these propertys apply to all things that are made with stickmen or objects, since you basically just make up some small game rules, knock together a few polygons to form the challenge, and then you just recolor or reassemble the parts of your figures. People think that this is to simple to be published in algodoo, and because it's so simple, everyone does it, which increases the disfavor even more. I recommend people to advance in their skills and learn things like thyme or physics, which helps alot with making successfull scenes, but these contests are'nt what algodoo was made for.
I recommend learning thyme or the magic of science, since people are always fascinated when seeing something new, and these "modern" things own such a wide spectrum of things you can discover for yourself, you won't believe me how quickly you can impress people this way. If you want to learn thyme, check out some scenes of other thyme users, and look in the script box. If you analyze the scripts and reverse-engineer it, you may learn how to use it yourself, and if you keep up the pace, you can make scenes just as awesome as Xray's. You could also try mechanical things, like dear INH who went "on vacation" from algobox and used to make car-like things. You don't need to make cars now or something, but try getting known to how things work, and how you can turn them into something completely new. This way you get unique, and then one won't call you "Camper" anymore, like many other people, but they will call you "Puffball" then, because then you would be unique with your own "inventions" and similar, and people would be curious about what you may "invent" next.
