What do you mean by "put a text and edit it"? Explain in more detail what you want to do. Also, what kind of "map" are you making?
What are you testing?
"Highly realistic simulator"? You're joking, right? <_<

Simple and effective! Good job on the shifter! Now, go get buried under a ton of marble race scenes by 8 year old boys home from school during Summer vacation!
Nicely done! Funny!

Suggestion: scene.my.q := 0 is not good to do. Instead, use: scene.my.q = 0 (no colon).

Wow! Awesome! The various missile stages look realistic. Overall, very good job! _o_
Maybe he is trying to hypnotize everyone so that he could control us and take over the world. We will become his controlled Zombies! OMG, Say it isn't so!:o
That's not a ragdoll. It's more like a paper doll.
Nice classroom logic demonstration.
If you click the left mouse button too fast while the cursor is over the white arc, then all the colored boxes on your logic processing lines go flying off like they were catapulted! Was that intentional? It was actually funny when it first happened!
HA HA HA HA! Nice! This scene reminded me of one that I did some time ago: Alien Runner
What? :s
Yes, texture can be added to the bullet, but it would not help the scene in any way because the bullet moves too quickly. Old style cannon balls had very little "texture" anyways.
Oh, sorry!:)
Yep, that's the anti-aliasing control. When set to "true" the edges of text are slightly blurred, and when "false" they are sharp. It does not effect text resolution.
I got eye strain trying figure out which marble WON the race!

All kidding aside, you did a great job on it. It's nice to occasionally see a scene that someone has actually spent considerable thought and time into building and testing it. Many scenes on Algobox are trash, and they look as though the users have spent less than five minutes making them.

Nice work!

BTW - I see that your previous scene before this one was done in 2011. Welcome back to Algobox! :)

Here is my version of it: Blockade

And here is the 2-player version: Blockade (2-Player)

Yellowmarkers - What is not fair? What are you talking about?
Very strange, but interesting.
You are wrong. There IS gravity. That's why the box that weighs 2.7KG FALLS to the ground. The one box floats up because its density is lighter than air. I see that you are new to Algodoo, and so you have much to learn about it. The more you learn, the more you will enjoy making things with it!

Check out the Algodoo forum if you want to learn everything about Algodoo. :)

It crashes and gets killed immediately as soon as I start Algodoo. There's not even enough time to press an arrow key! :o
I won't mention any names (such as s_noonan), but someone doesn't like the fact that I make my wood grain vertical instead of horizontal. Well, that's not nearly as awkward-looking (or shall I say, lazy) as placing a chicken nest in the sky! And not to mention that he used that default ugly green plane which doesn't look at all like grass or anything else in nature for that matter. For Heaven's sake, at least take the time to add some textures to your scenes.

(Got you back! HA HA HA HA HA!!!)
Yes, I know, but if everyone needs to slow the simulation speed in order to play the game, then maybe you should correct the problem and upload the corrected version so that other users do not need to change things in order to play the game! Just a suggestion.
This is AWESOME!
Very interesting!
No script needed. Just set the sim speed on your computer how you want it, and then save the file and upload it to algobox. The speed at which you saved the scene will be the same speed that the scene will run at when others download it.

A much BETTER way to do it is to adjust the speed of the object that moves in the scenes. You should be able to adjust settings that determine how fast the object moves when keys are pressed. Doing it that way is more elegant than changing the sim speed, but either way should work.
Well, the spider does follow the little space ship, so maybe you can make a video game out of it. The only problem might be that the spider's movements are very slow, so I'm not sure how that would work in a game. Other than that, I can't think of anything else at this time.
Thanks guys!

DrBalk - True, and we can do things that defy physics and logic, which is what makes it so much fun!
lololoer - You forget that this is Algodoo. Therefore, the physics can be anything that I want it to be!
s_noonan - You forget the fact that English is not the primary language of many users here on Algobox, and so it's quite common to occasionally see a misspelled word.
