It was VERY close to being a tie, luckily a 3-point shot from the light team at around the 10 second mark managed to give them the edge.
Oh yeah, to those that have been reccomending event ideas, I'm not taking any more suggestions. Not that I think your ideas are bad, I just wanna stick to the original Algicosathlon for the remainder of the season. Hope you understand!

Brown has been eliminated! Just goes out to show that slipping just once at this stage of the game can very easily be lethal.
Only greyscales and pink shades remain now.

White actually had a lot of health around the time Pink was eliminated, but then they got unlucky with a high damage bullet that absolutely demolished their health. RIP.

Pink has taken 3rd place overall, way better than the 14th they got originally. They are also the last actual color eliminated, as the finale will be between the only two greyscales in the competition (sorry Grey)!
Black, despite getting last place in the first event of THREE different series, has proven that they are absolutely able to punch above their weight when elimination reers its ugly head, a mentality that has carried them all the way here.
White has another chance to take the crown after falling just short in Algodecathlon. Their track record is excellent, as they currently have the most gold and silver medals among the entire cast.
The stakes are high. The winner of Algicosathlon REBOOT will be decided in the true finale.

Results:
At first, things didn't look too bright for them. Their opponent had managed to heal themselves three times at the start of the event, which put our victor in a bit of a disadvantage.
However, they ultimately managed to turn things around thanks to a series of lucky health pickups. Plus, for most of the battle they held a numbers advantage thanks to the wheel.
In the end, their opponent launched a desperate final attack to maybe stall long enough so that they could heal. Sadly, that wasn't the case, and they ended up falling just short of victory.
In the end, they have finally gotten the crown they were denied almost three years ago.

And there we have it. White has cemented themselves as the champion of the entire series! Huge shotouts to Black for making it this far as well, considering they got dealt the worst start possible!
And that concludes Algocsathlon REBOOT! I don't really know what to say right now. I'm just glad I managed to finish this before summer vacation ends. I don't promise anything moving forward. You probably already know that I'm very inconsistent when it comes to uploads.
