I noticed there is not interrupter to keep the hammer back in auto until the bolt locks. If you added one, auto mode would be much more reliable. Take a look at my Simple weapons mechanism tutorial #2 to see a demo on how this works.
 It's simple compared to some of the scenes you normally make, but not at all bad
nice! the blow-back is very reliable:tup:
I am a guitar player, but I have the wrong kind of mouse for this
what kind of scenes do you post?
Thanks, Xray. I think a few people could benefit from this information when posting scenes in the future:tup:

altugdelen,

There is usually a good reason a scene gets deleted. I'm not saying there aren't tyrants out there, but so far from what I have seen and experienced personally, there is no abuse of that power by the admins here. If your scenes are getting deleted, there must be a reason for it.
this scene is my 999th download here on Algobox, and I am baffled at the accuracy and detail put into this! by far, this is the best representation of astronomical cycles in the solar system, and it deserves far more than 10/10. Very complex, but very accurate
Thanks, Xray!
Easy. Water tends to disappear when it is exposed to the air too long (or when surrounded by a lot of boxes or polygons.) I will upload an example of this.
Edit: It happens when a lot of water is present. I don't know why, it just does. In your scene, it seems to be very obvious. I guess it is Algodoo's way of making water "evaporate". I tried to get a good example of this in a scene, but it does not seem to want to work for me  Watching it evaporate in my attempts is like watching grass grow. So, I hope my explanation helped! It seemed to happen a lot in Phun
it doesn't have a Disconnector :o Good otherwise. I like the design:tup:

it's not functioning properly. Looks great though
very precisely built. Well done:tup:
check out some tutorials on the forums. there are definitely ones on how to make a spring bullet, and I have a tutorial on some mechanical components a good gun should have. before you know it, you might be making semi-autos (or even full autos, or maybe even figure out a burst mechanism that you like).
Thanks everybody for comments and feedback! I have uploaded a version with the fixed magazine issue.
I died laughing X.X XDDD
Fixed some of those issues. Thanks, Xray!
I never would have thought it worked when not fixated to the background. Other than being tricky to load, nice job on the mod
Okay, now I see what may be causing the problem. I installed a gas piston to operate the system. Now it operates better, but it still needs some work. The problem is the timing mechanism

Why did you un-group the skin?:s The ammo does no seem to be strong enough to cycle the action properly. I do like the idea though:tup:
I am really impressed with how well this is made  very reliable, and very few jams occured, none of which were fatal to the operation. 10/10
decent magazine mechanism, bad firing mechanism. Try making spring bullets. they are much better to work with with complex guns. keep working at it, and you'll get there.
Lethalsquirl, I think you underestimate yourself. This is incredibly reliable for a blow-back, open-bolt design. No jams at all, and no finesse required. this deserves a decent rating
Good job on improving the reliability  My 1911 seems to be a favorite of yours. I find the suppressor a bit weird:unsure: . it works well though, so good job!
I'm Flattered  Thanks! I like the design, and the reliability is okay. Are you planning on doing any of your own guns? I have tutorial scenes and explanations for how things work, and I am sure others do as well. I would love to see some of your original ideas:tup:
hey, I have a colt Magpul-style AR-15 in a flat dark earth colored stock and heat shield. I would love to see some mods for that:tup:

really? I think my NG-SMG-4 is terrible:lol: the burst mode fails, and it jams a lot

and I don't view using higher frequency rates as cheating, just a sacrifice of speed for reliability
no, the speed decreases (try running some of my older 800 HZ + scenes. it's like watching grass grow, but the reliability is great
which of my scenes are your favorites, by the way?
