Looks good, and clever coding!

It would be especially impressive if someone could make him walk without being supported by a gantry crane. Would need some sort of balance stabilization like your PID Control (Matt Balancing Spoon) scene or your Unicycle scene.

I like it! Very impressive! The only thing I'm worried about is the use of codes. The truth is I haven't actually done coding before. So I would appreciate more if you could tell me how you did it. Thanks, by the way!

I did this by using Animated Gumby, replaced Gumby with Carl, modified all the axles' code to be the same as Gumby, imported an image of a "walk cycle", took snapshots of 16 poses, deleted the walk cycle image, and looped the playback. It was very tedious just to create a few seconds of animation. I think you have the right idea by making a mechanical version. In your scene Carl walks very smoothly and has more potential for user initiated actions.
Well that's a good idea. I see the Animated Gumpy. Tried it and it worked. But you're right, it doesn't move smoothly unless you put much time trying to take more snapshots. Actually I'm trying to create a game using Carl. So there's gonna have to be more animations such as usage of guns to shoot the enemies. And I think it's hard for me to apply your idea to it. But anyway thanks for sharing the idea. You're very much appreciated. And still, you're always welcome to help me with my scene.
