Works flawlessly.

Suggestion: Add a "slow/fast" button that changes the resolution of the mouse scroll wheel pulses.
I won't make any promises, but I'm assuming that the present adjustment is slow?
Q: I'm assuming that the present adjustment is slow?

A: Well, it depends on how quickly a user wants a desired result. I thought it was a tad slow.

My thinking was, whenever a "tool" has an adjustment on it, it's often desirable to provide fast/slow (or rough/fine) selection modes which allows both quick and precise adjustment capability. One possible way to handle that selection without requiring a separate button is to make the resolution variable based upon how quickly or how slowly the user rotates the scroll wheel. i.e., rotate fast and the numbers change in larger steps. Rotate slowly and the numbers change in smaller steps.
I like your idea but I'm not going to do it because I don't think I can do it well enough to be effective. I'm going to start by using the mouse click to shift between two step sizes. Working on it...
It works great!
