Here is a possible solution for your scene. I had to slow down the rotation rate of the laser so that it will consistently hit the target.

I rarely use FaceBook, and only with family members, so I'd rather communicate through the Algodoo forum PM (Personal Message system). My handle (Xray) is the same on the Algodoo forum as it is here on Algobox. Would that work for you?
