It has happened that a tiger killed personal of the zoo,
in Köln, Germany 2012, cause the human forgot to check for open doors.
To prevent this in future, we use a cage with 5 cells A,B,C,D,E and doors 1,2,3,4,5,
which are to be secured by logic, wich you should implement.
The lasers will detect a tiger or a human in AL, AM, AR, BL,BM,BR and so on.
(precise: they react on a dark green)
This is a worksheet for age 14-20, so not easy done.
I strongly recomend to do the logic examples 86595 and 86644 first, before you do this worksheet.
1) Construct the logic
(BR v AL) ^ DM
(here "^" is a logical AND and "v" an OR)
and stick its result into the "Pull spring 1"-operator.
2) Test the logic mechanism: move the human with D (drag) to the
place, where the laser of DM detects him.
Drag the tiger near the door 1, so that the AL laser
detects him. The door 1 should open now.
3) Construct the logic
(CR v BL) ^ EM
and stick its result into the "Pull spring 2"-operator.
4) Construct the logic
(DR v CL) ^ AM
and stick its result into the "Pull spring 3"-operator.
5) Save your work as scanario with name "mytiger1".
6) Test the logic of the doors 2 and 3 analog to door 1.
7) Write down on paper the logic for door 4 and 5.
8) Construct the logic for door 4 and 5.
9) Save your work as scanario with name "mytiger2".
10) Test your scenario. All doors should work now.
Congratulations! No more humans have to die now,
when they enter the rooms of the tiger.
