Algodoo

I added a few embellishments to s_noonan's Police Chase scene.

1. After starting Algodoo, the cars do not start moving until you press the UP arrow key.

2. The Police Car now has a rotating red beacon (it give it a slightly more "flashy" look).

3. I've added a moving map display which shows you your car's position relative to your starting point (X0,Y0).

4. I added a "Game Over" feature.

5. When you start moving by pressing the Up arrow key, the scene automatically zooms out so that the viewable driving area becomes larger.

Update: Turned on GRID for better view.
