Here is an overbalanced wheel that I made, that doesn't work (as it shouldn't). The idea behind this was that the weights on the right would apply more torque to the wheel than the left, making the wheel spin. I think the original idea of the overbalanced wheel was designed with arms with weights on the end, but I saw this design on youtube that supposedly worked, so I decided I'd try building it.
