Start the engine by swinging the red oval thing to the right, you can then slide the "kickstarter" back and the engine will gradually come up to speed.
you can then move the left stick down to engage first gear and push it a bit more down to engage second gear.
It's very simple but then again it's my first try and I made in about 15 minutes without real testing.
Somehow the cyllinder got too wide for the piston, fixed that.
