Here is (to my knowledge) the exact parts used for the HK MP5`s trigger mechanism. For more information go to the Realistic Gun thread in the collab forums. Please realize these are only the pieces for the trigger mechanism. If you want to attach the springs to the right places and make it work, then a good diagram can be found in the first post of the collab topic. Simple follow that link and scroll down until you find the picture of the firing mechanism.

I`m not going to be able to make the gun work alone, so if you are able to make the triggering mechanism work properly, then please post it here and in the forums. It would be much appreciated as it was hard enough for me to find out what the inside of an MP5 looked like.
