S to start, hold it a bit. It should be well started before crossing the start line. I estimated it has 270 horsepower at the wheel via potential energy gain while going up hill. I can imagine if I had a more efficient drive train, it would have more horsepower wheel, but this trans is easy to use.
EDIT: Small amount of trans tuning, slightly faster.
