Lga GT650 7.0 litres (also a reference to a car) will do a maximum of 15 m/s, which compared to the sparrow, is alot more, watch the throttle, do'nt let go of it too late, keep tapping the throttle to slow it down gradualy. (and yes it is based on a lugia.)
