In 1948, the Unimog was introduced as a revolutionary, compact "universal motorized machine" (Universal-Motor-Gerät) designed to fill the gap between farm tractors and trucks in post-war Germany. It was designed for agricultural, forestry, and municipal versatility, featuring, in its earliest form, an open-top, two-seat cab with a canvas roof and a small load bed.
Series production began in 1948 at the Boehringer Brothers machine tool factory in Göppingen, Germany. It was marked by an ox-head logo rather than the Mercedes-Benz star.

In this scene, this is probably the most detailed model of the Unimog on Algodoo. 2+ hours on mostly the chasis and the underbody details. Kinda laggy since the truck is almost 1000 parts. And the crashable part is not very satisfying but you can see the softbody kind of physics going around here
