This scene is an improvement of http://www.algodoo.com/algobox/details.php?id=243868, featuring spring neurons that transmit information more accurately and reliably, the small lag aspect aside. This brain features more neurons, axons, and slightly better movement performance than the old one. The features I attempted to add here that may or may not be obvious in the agent's behavior include:

A visual cortex that means to pick out the brightest value from the proximity sensors by contrasting each "pixel" with every other,
A system for backing away from a wall if the agent gets too close,
And a system for damping rotation.
