Remade the RTTB2 from the Archives.

Fixes:
+ Fixed the returning section (Ladders) and added 2 spinners.
+ Has 32 colors instead of 20 colors in my RTTB + RTTB2.
+ Added decorated colors on top of the course, and in the big bowl (you can use it)
