Problem – How does the angle of incline to the horizontal affect the acceleration of an object on the incline.

1.Begin trial one of the experiment by clicking the “pause and start simulation” button on Algodoo.
2.Let the simulation run for 10 seconds, then press the “pause and start simulation” button.
3.Enlarge the graph “Speed/Time” of each box on an inclined ramp and record the value of the acceleration. Each graph “Speed/Time” is labelled to differentiate between each box and the angle of the inclined ramps.
4.Reset the simulation by clicking the “undo” button and the “clear current plot” button of each “Speed/Time” graph.
5.Repeat instructions 1 – 4 for trial two and three.
