Since I was too lazy to organize the staging, the numbers are slightly out of order. The stages' controls in order are 9012345. You also have minimal steering with AD. Try to hit the Muon!
I am proud of this ridiculous rocket, and it works best at 1200Hz, because if you go faster, your P-C stages will leak fuel.
