here's the upgrades:
-bigger cannon(2x size and a little bit longer)
-stronger bullets(over 2x size)
-5% extra speed(210 rpm)
-more bullets(32 now)
-better suspension(harder to break)
-better chains(doesn't look kinda wierd anymore)
-changed collision layers(less confusing setting collision layers)

now with a terrain test and an attack test(hills, extreme hills, car, tower)
give credit to Ned(terrain), TuLaim(tower) and MrLucasManSwe(car)
sorry if its laggy because there is a lot of objects
there is also the previous tank(look at the difference):O

controls: arrow keys(wheels), w & s(cannon direction), 1(fire)
