Controls: A/Z angle down/up
F = release round
My first "real" scene, and my first contest entry. The rounds, being mortars, are touchy. I recommend handling them in pause mode, and this is why the rack is attached to the barrel, no need to rotate the ammo to fit it in.
Currently the release levers in the barrel do not reset automatically, but it`s not that hard to do in pause; Rotate them back into place. Hit f before starting the scene to lock them.
I`ll be working on making the rounds less touchy/more visually appealing, and making the release levers lock back into place in a future version.
The coloration on the angle indicator matches what I have on the ground. This will likely be tweaked to provide maximum usefulness, but as it stands now you can pretty much aim where you want to.
The warheads each have a different pen colour, and this corresponds to their relative destructive power. The most yellow-coloured pen represents a "tank buster" type of warhead. This is the kind of thing you`d use on a stationary vehicle or a light bunker. Going all the way to the most red gives you the most powerful warhead, easily capable of blasting the wall into the great beyond(But not so far that you don`t get to watch the explosion, of course).
Let me know what you think, I`m still working on making it more user-friendly/visually appealing. Yeah, there`s still some psychadelic colours going on lol |
