Very impressive coding._o_ Nice job!

Suggestion: Personally, I never require users to open the script menu in order to edit certain parameters. It is always more elegant and user-friendly to provide the ability for users to make changes to parameters, through dials, sliders, or digital entry, while the scene is running. Just my humble opinion. :)
Thanks for the compliment. Your suggestion is good, but I don't feel like doing it. If you feel like doing it, then go ahead and we can consider it a joint effort. I think it will get more hits with a better user interface. If you do it, then be sure to enable the ratings since it will be a joint effort.
My "play time" is limited right now, but I do like your suggestion of a joint effort (kinda reminds me of the late '60's when I was stationed on a Navy base near San Francisco! LOL).

I'll consider it. Thanks...

Okay, s_noonan, I've decided to go ahead and work on your scene as a joint effort to improve the user interface. I need to know what you consider reasonable ranges for each of the listed parameters. My main concern is for the thread diameter, pitch, and length, as those are the only ones that I am making controls for because, in my opinion, the others (phase angle and location) are not necessary.

Thanks!
Assuming inch measurement, the screw size could vary from #0-80 to 2.5-8 and the length could vary from 1/16 to 20. This is based on standard socket head screws.
s_noonan - I added a scene response which includes my "user interface". I'm not sure if you approve of it, but I wrestled with a number of different ways to enter or change the dimension values, and this is one of the better ones that I came up with, in my opinion.
