Very nicely done! There is only one thing that I noticed immediately, which is not completely accurate, and that is the shape of the ball's shadow on the side walls. It should change as the shadow transitions between the floor and the walls because the angle of the light source is different between those different surfaces. (Those picky little details can sometimes be the most difficult and challenging to get right!).

You're right. Darn it. Now that I think about it, the shadow is only accurate at one point on the floor (maybe) and in error at all other positions. I can think of two solutions, one is to do ray tracing and make a poly shadow, the second is to use diffuse lighting and eliminate the shadow.

That is so cool!!!!
s_noonan - There's a third solution: Do nothing and just leave it as-is! I can only hope that you'll decide to do the ray tracing because I want to see how it can be done in an Algodoo scene. I have a feeling that it won't be easy, and so I completely understand if you decide not to do it because of the amount of time and effort that it probably requires.

Either way, THANKS!
very good work! thanks!_o_
