Basic stuff, grab the grey center of the circle and spin it around inside the red circle.

The rules are simple, you are not allowed to release the ball when it is spinning outside of the red circle. the green zone is the optimal angles for throw.

The secondary game is using the blue circles, simply cock it back and throw it forward. Same rules apply, but instead you can't throw it if it's out of the red square.
