Evidently, you cannot collect energy without making it appear. So, realy, I don't think it's possible to re-fuel for forever without mechanical assistance. (What I mean is, how does water refuel and move a car at the same time without any help from motors?) :huh:

thats the point its supposed to be some creative genius, who figures this out, they should win. but looking at the 2 results of this, i see one that doesnt really run on water and one that isnt usable on Phun, so i say no-one (no offence to those of you) smart enough has entered yet. either there still working or dont know about the contest. or simply dont care:(
