This is fun! Nova, just make your creation before you start the sim and it's really easy to put together. It does need other typs of blocks though.

well I usually put the wheels on two bricks when building, then move both bottom bricks at the same time to put the car on wheels

Way too many pieces.. and I don't mean too many lego blocks, just too many pieces used to make them. 3/5 overall for effort and a decent idea.
