How to make the axle tool go through multiple elements.
Hi.
Is it possible to use the axle tool to connect more than two objects at the time? I want to connect many objects at once, hoewever they should not be connected to the background. Now I have to connect two and two objects, and then figure out the collision layers too.
For those who might ask: I am making a truss frame that I want to have some flexible joints that can break too. Maybe there is some better way to do it?

As far as I know it's not possible... but it is something I wish the dev team would implement at some point.

If I need to hinge few objects (circles) together, I do following:
1) choose single one (probably biggest) as main
2) Select everything else
3) Undock action menu (from context menu window)
4) select main circle
5) click on "Add center axle" in undocked action menu

Dream of Algodoo as game development engine...

I see what you mean, unfortunatley it can not be done with trusses cause their centre is on the middle of the truss, making the axle at that point.

Well, there is the grid, I guess you could use that to place a hinge wherever you want?

Hello, you simply use diferent layers.
Example: 1st gear: Layer 1 second wheel: Layer 2 etc ..
