Laser Bug

Theoretically, this scene should cut an angle.
The laser enters AND leaves the object at two different points.
However lasers don't like angles for some reason.
Maybe some consideration towards this in future versions.

This is a known problem, though the fact is, if lasers were able to cut like that, it would end up causing lag.

The way lasers cut is by turning whatever object it's slicing into two polygons with one edge as the line where the laser passes through, like the cut tool. To make the laser recognize a vertex/multiple vertices requires quite a bit more code, but I would like to see it happen.

Yes, it's a known problem and we chose to leave it that way for now. Might be improved in upcoming versions.

You're able to cut any path you want using the cut tool, so I imagine the lasers will be able to in the future. And hopefully we'll be able to cut with a curved laser too.
