scene acting weird/behavior of objects changing
Okay set let me try to explain this the best I can. I am trying to make changes to a gun I have already made. this one..
I'm trying to make a slide catch for it, but every time I add anything to the slide, no matter the shape, collision layer, or weight, the bullets drastically slow down. they basically drop out of the barrel and there is little to no blowback.
I can completely delete the objects I added to the gun and the same thing happens. I can even go back in the scene before I even made the changes and the bullets are still weak. the spring values are the same. this even happens on old versions of the gun before it was complete. this is really frustrating. I cant do anything to correct this issue.
The weird thing is though, changing the spring constant to 301 or high fixes the issue but only when the bullet is in the chamber. you can change the spring constant when the bullet is in the mag and it doesn't make a difference.
Here is the scene Im having issues with. its not in the algobox because I dont want to upload a broken scene.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

What's that have to do with anything? the reason its like that is so the shell doesn't fly through the back of gun.
it worked fine before. the point here is that spring constraint values aren't working right.
I'd like serious replies please, not smartass ones.

okay, try using a single spring instead of twin springs. I think the Airplane rule is in effect here
