Algodoo in Windows 8

Hello everyone! Long time no see!

I'm back, after all, and looking for an answer for this...
Is there any algodoo for windows 8? or how do i manipulate the installer to install it on win8?

Just run the usual installer. Algodoo will run in desktop mode, and there is no plans to support metro AFAIK.

Hey Algodoo crashed when i ran it. In the logfile it says no registry keys found.

Please try the latest beta from the announcements section, it will provide more info of what is going on, as based on the events it's GPU related.

The registry key error will probably be the attempt to look for your licence key info, which can be saved in 2-3 places.

As I tried to state from the last post, Try the latest beta, and attach the log file.

Also, Could you give infomation on your System Specs, and ensure you have updated GPU drivers.
(from the MANUFACTORS website, not the windows update method (aka, DON'T open the properties page in device manager and click the update button, this will update the windows generic driver for your card, which is only intended for simple OS functions, not any gaming).
