This may not be a bug.
(Just a report. I can't tell which is better.)

When alpha(A) value of background color was 0,

- A snapshot by Alt+PrtSc : background color will be black.


- A snapshot by F12 : background color will be transparent.

F12 is a function of Algodoo, isn't it?

F12 is a algodoo function.
Prt-scrn ISN'T a algodoo function.

F12 runs the THYME command to take a screenshot, and just essentially dumps Algodoo's screen rendering memory to a image, hence providing a more accurate result.

prt-scrn is a windows function, and just dumps the screen memory to a image, which doesn't always go well, as it doesn't support transparent values.

This is a feature - it's a great way to extract stuff made in Algodoo to compose in an image editor. Turn it off with:

App.screenshotsWithAlpha = false
