Question about the Ingame Browser

Postby Under Ground » Thu Jun 21, 2012 8:14 pm

Hey, I was messing around with Algodoo, and while on the in game Browser, I noticed I could enter custom URL's. So, I explored the internet with it, and the only thing that I found that dissapointed me was the lack of plugins, such as Shockwave and Adobe Flash. So, my overall question: Would you ever consider releasing the browser as a standalone programme?
I love the feel of it, and how simple it all is. If it ever were to be released, It would probably become my main browser.

Your kidding right? I doubt they would release a standalone browser, it is just used to read algobox. A flash plugin might be useful for watching youtube vid's embeded in scenes.

I believe the in-game browser is just a basic interpreter bolted onto the side. I think I remember a thread about [phpBB] code not being parsed in the browser and Emil said that a fix was not in the works for it I'm wrong, I said that, here: http://www.algodoo.com/forum/...phpbb#p60335. but nobody refuted my statement~
