[2.0.2-B14] Resizing browser windows

If you resize a browser window to a size that is too large, a bug occurs which causes the upper portion of the window to become a fixed size, as the actual contents is scaled.

(sorry for possibly poor explaination)


I found this bug by accident with the algobox window, and found it applies to all Browser windows.
