How do i give shapes the property to be deformed?

id would like to find out< how to achieve an effect similar to what is achieved in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jogrB6mIFhE Kilinich has somehow got the diamond shape there to be squashed when hit? i was like wow i gotta do this but i don't know how> i am using algodoo 2.0.1 education version. he says "very cool new deformable tech in algodoo 2" gah i tried every menu but there's nothing that does this. help fast is very appreciated
