Algodoo crashing on splash screen

Algodoo crashing on splash screen

Ok so the last version that worked for me is 1.8.5, any updates after 1.8.5 I havent been able to start the program.
Ive tried that latest version Play 2.0.1 and it still does the same crashing before the program starts.
Specs
Compaq Presario SR1603WM
OS - Windows 7 32 bit
CPU - AMD Sempron(tm) Processor 3200+ 2.0ghz
Ram - 1gb
Video Card - ATI RADEON XPRESS 200 Series 287.2mb w/ hardware T&L 2.0 vertex & pixel shaders
If anyone has any idea why it keeps crashing please help.

Hi,
Could you test the newest beta version, available here, and let us know if Algodoo is still crashing?
If it crashes, you should be able to send us a crash report. Please enter your name by checking "Provide additional info about the problem (recommended)" to make sure we find the right one. Let us know if you are not asked to send a crash report.

On the stable 2.0.1 version it crashes and im able to send a crash report, however on the latest beta it crashes and im not able to send a crash report.
I sent a Crash report on the 2.0.1 Play version with my email, Acid6D94@gmail.com

Could you please try updating your graphics drivers? This looks similair to a problem we've heard about earlier.

My graphics drivers are updated, and still crashes.

Hey,
I've actually found that sometimes older drivers work better then the latest.
if you have a driver disk that came with your pc, i suggest you uninstall the one you have now, and reinstall them, or browse AMD's website.
(if you didnt have a disk, look into the disk management console and mount the recovery partition, This is at your own risk, but as long as you dont delete any files, you will be fine).

Still crashes, but I plan to buy a new video card so maybe it will work on it.
